Booking your appointment with us
All deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. Please cancel or reschedule within 48hrs from your original appointment time, otherwise deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay for a new one in order to book another appointment. If you don’t show/cancel/reschedule within the 48h notice for a second time, in order to book another appointment, you’ll have to pay the full outstanding balance.
Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be dispatched, we try our best for same day shipping but sometimes is not possible. Please notice all our orderes estimate delivery days only count with business days, so when ordering take weekends into consideration.
Please notice all products are checked before packing and shipping, any damage occurred during transit it is not our responsibility, tracked delivery is available in order to have some kind of protection on your items on the couriers behalf. All products are non-refundable unless you cancel your order before it has shipped, we only exchange items that can’t be tested, like glue or primers and purchased within 14 days.
Courses are on Sundays, if there’s any particular date you’re after please contact us. If you are unable to attend your course you must contact us within 48hrs in order to rearrange, if you fail to do so you’ll lose your deposit unless any major issue occurred and you can prove it (GP letter for example), your course will be moved to a date you can attend. Your deposit will not be refunded.
